Jude Law has a lot on his plate.
The actor stopped by the IMDb Studio at Acura Festival Village to chat with Kevin Smith during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City to promote his new movie “The Nest”, but also teased a few upcoming projects too.
When asked about the upcoming “Captain Marvel” sequel, Law kept coy. Law starred as Yon-Rogg in the 2019 blockbuster.
“You were wonderful in the first one,” Smith told the actor. “Do you get to go back you think?”
“I don’t know, I honestly don’t know yet…” Law replied while quickly changing the subject. “I’m about to go and play Dumbledore again.”
“It’s the early stages of a Dumbledore beard,” he continued. “But ‘Captain Marvel 2’… I’m glad they’re going again! Last time, I was, I don’t know, I was sort of dumped out in a spaceship in the middle of nowhere so…”

But Law confirms Yon-Rogg is “alive.”
Despite not being confirmed for “Captain Marvel 2”, Law is set to return to the upcoming “Fantastic Beasts” franchise as Young Dumbledore for their third instalment, scheduled for a 2021 release.
