Kim Kardashian has found herself in the middle of another lawsuit.
According to TMZ, photographer Saeed Bolden is suing the reality star with claims that she posted a picture he took onto Instagram without his authorization.
Bolden filed Wednesday in New York federal court.

The photo in question shows both Kardashian and her husband Kanye West. The KKW Beauty mogul shared the image in October 2018.
We Got Love According to Bolden, he snapped this pic, which makes him the owner. He also says he never gave Kardashian West permission to post it nor was he paid when she posted it. More than 2.2 million people liked the photo on Kardashian’s Insta page.

E! News also reports that the U.S. Copyright Office shows that, in 2019, Bolden registered a copyright for a 2018 image he took of Kardashian.
Bolden is seeking profits Kardashian made from the post, plus punitive damages. He requested a jury trial.
Kardashian isn’t the only star to be sued for use of unauthorized photos, Gigi Hadid, Ariana Grande, Katy Perry and Justin Bieber have also been nailed. Both Grande and Bieber have already settled their suits.
