The “Little People, Big World” star opened up about her newborn daughter’s condition in a series of Instagram Stories published Wednesday. Her daughter, Lilah Roloff, is only 2-months-old. The reality star decided to make the reveal after a commenter started to ask why Roloff had a second C-section.
“Lilah has dwarfism. It’s not that I couldn’t have a VBAC [vaginal birth after cesarean section] but just most likely it would have ended in a C-section so we just skipped ahead,” she said,
“The hospital this time was so much more difficult for me,” she answered a separate question about her recovery. “However I feel like I’ve recovered a lot faster this time around. Now just trying to get back into shape and love my body through [postpartum].”

Tori and Zach Roloff have two children: Jackson Kyle, 2, and Lilah, 2 months.
