Eminem Hits No. 1 On The Billboard 200 Albums Chart For A Historic 10th Time

Eminem has just joined an elite club of hitmakers.

The rapper’s new album Music To Be Murdered By debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart for the week ending Jan. 23, his tenth album to achieve the feat.

Eminem is now the record-holder for most consecutive No. 1 albums, and most No. 1 debuts in a row, besting Kanye West.

On top of that, the 47-year-old is one of only six musicians or groups to have 10 or more albums hit No. 1.

The Beatles currently hold the record with 19 albums, while Jay-Z has 14, Bruce Springsteen and Barbra Streisand have 11 each, and last, Elvis Presley with 10.

Also debuting on the chart this week was Halsey’s album Manic, which landed at No. 2, while Mac Miller’s posthumous release Circles debuted at No. 3.
