Denise Welch stormed out of the National Television Awards after her Loose Women squad lost out to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning again.
The panellist had enough and walked out of the ceremony after the show lost once again in the live magazine category – which is voted for by the public.
She later made her feelings known and tweeted: ‘I’m the car on the way home. Sick of doing the losers face and pretending to not care we didn’t win!! #ntas’
Denise isn’t the only one getting fed up with Holly and Phil and the This Morning team constantly winning – with Piers Morgan boycotting the show completely.
Nadia Sawalha, Denise’s co-star on the show, also was seen fuming as she was caught on camera yelling in Stacey’s ear: ‘I’m not happy!’
Meanwhile, Holly and Phillip haven’t got a care in the world and have already continued their running joke of drinking after a successful night.
Holly started off the thankyous as she exclaimed: ‘Thank you so much oh my goodness, and to be given this award by Richard and Judy makes it so special, thank you.
‘We love making the show, if you’ve tuned in because you want someone to keep you company or you’ve tuned in because something has interested you and you’ve learned something or you’ve tuned in just to have a giggle along with us, then it’s made our job worthwhile.
‘This is a special one because it’s 10 years, which is just ridiculous, 10 years behind this silver-haired man who has a heart of gold I couldn’t wish for more.’
